Here are the changes the main banks have made to retail interest rates on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, so far.
For home loans:
NAB has trimmed some Tailored fixed home loan rates today, by varying levels. Most are minor -5 bps to -15 bps, and the impact varies between fixed terms, and between P&I or interest-only loans.
For savings accounts:
No changes to report here today.
For term deposits:
Suncorp has raised its 3 month, nine month and one year term deposit rates to 5.00%, 5.20% and 5.35% respectively. But it has cut its 4 month, 6 month, 18 month and 24 month rates. It has also trimmed its Flexirate 3 month rate by -10 bps to 4.70%.
